Check the Use custom server options (advanced) box and set Homeserver URL to
https://matrix.falkenthal.org/.
Auto-Provisioning The Element app supports auto-provisioning, and will detect your chat and SSO settings.

Tap the SIGN IN WITH SINGLE SIGN-ON button.
Configured to Use SSO -
Tap the Log in button for the Single Sign-On method.
Choose Log In Method -
You’ll be prompted for your Falkenthal account credentials.
Enter your account credentials Enter your Falkenthal account credentials and click Log In
